What are your delivery options for large garden furniture?
We offer specialized local delivery within a 30-mile radius of the centre, as well as nationwide shipping for select furniture sets. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 working days depending on your location.
Do you offer a guarantee on your outdoor plants?
Yes, we provide a 2-year hardy plant guarantee. If a hardy plant fails to thrive despite proper care, simply return it with your receipt and the original plant label for a replacement or store credit.
Can I click and collect my order?
Absolutely. You can select 'Click & Collect' at checkout. Your items will be ready for pickup at our main service desk within 24 hours. You will receive an email notification once your order is prepared.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
Non-perishable home products can be returned within 28 days of purchase, provided they are in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Please retain your proof of purchase for all returns.
Do you sell gift vouchers for the garden centre?
We offer both physical and digital gift cards. These can be purchased online or in-store and can be used across all departments, including our plant nursery, home shop, and on-site restaurant.
How do I care for my indoor houseplants after delivery?
Every plant order includes a specific care guide. Generally, we recommend allowing your plant to acclimate to your home's light and temperature for 48 hours before repotting or moving it to its permanent location.
