At Plymouth Garden Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and garden purchases. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure items are in their original packaging, unused, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase; please note that perishable plants carry a separate 14-day health guarantee.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products to prevent damage during transit, including all original tags, manuals, and accessories that were included at the time of sale.

  Submit Your Return

  Bring your items directly to our customer service desk in-store or contact our support team to arrange a courier collection for larger furniture and garden structures.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
